Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
Orders placed through this website require payment in advance of delivery of ordered goods. Ordered goods will be accumulated with all other orders for the same school/location and will be shipped for delivery to the school before the start of school for the applicable school year. Orders are non-cancellable when placed. Refunds will only be made in the event that the student moves or is no longer attending the school for which the orders were placed. Proof of non-attendance will be required in order to secure a refund.             


All sales are final. Once your school's online ordering site or paper order forms have been turned in, there can be no changes, no additions, and no cancellations.
